Policies
We understand that life happens, and sometimes last-minute changes are unavoidable. However, to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we have the following booking, cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival policies in place.
By booking your appointment with The Bare Man, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies outlined below:
Booking:
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare for your service and provide you with the best possible experience.
A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. Please note: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, so please bring your preferred form of payment with you.
For your convenience, all appointments can be made online through our Square booking website. Simply select your desired service and time, and you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text.
Cancellations:
Cancellations Made with at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another client.
Cancellations Made with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we are not going to be able to fill your reserved time. As a result, the full payment for the services booked will be required.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full payment for the services booked will also apply.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling in Advance
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially offer the spot to another client.
Same-Day Rescheduling
If you reschedule your appointment on the same day as your booking, you will be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled service(s). This is because same-day rescheduling blocks two appointment slots, making it difficult to fill the missed time.
Late Arrival:
15 Minutes Late or More:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to adjust your services to fit within the remaining time. This could result in a decrease in services or, in some cases, being unable to perform the service altogether.
Full Charge for Missed Services:
If your late arrival prevents us from performing the service, you will still be charged 100% of the service cost, as the time was reserved specifically for you.
